Kelsey founded Dawson Real Estate for one simple reason, to offer residents of Southern Indiana a fresh perspective on buying and selling real estate. 

 

After working alongside the best in the business and learning from some of the most well-respected real estate agents in the region, Kelsey Dawson decided to try it for herself, to put her personal touch on the industry, and offer the next generation of homeowners a modern option for their buying and selling needs. 

 

Born and raised in Salem, Kelsey has deep roots in the local area. Her father served as Superior Court Judge for nearly 30 years, and her mother was director of parks and recreation for over a decade. That strong work ethic and dedication to the community is what drives Kelsey to help every client find a space that fits their needs.

Growing up with four siblings and receiving a B.A. in Communication from Hanover College, Kelsey is no stranger to negotiating tough conversations, a skill you want in a REALTOR. Now a loving wife, mother, and foster parent, she’s fiercely empathetic to the needs of every family and understands the importance of finding the right house to call home.
